- Thorough review of a company's business model for material risks and opportunities
- Benchmarking of peer group in terms of company disclosure, ESG ratings and KPIs and define how best to bridge gaps with relevant disclosure metrics
- Materiality analysis of ESG factors and stakeholders to investigate strategic priorities
- Develop an ESG policy and a long term ESG strategy identifying areas for ESG performance improvement as well as a 2/3 years Roadmap based on competitive positioning
- Structure the overall ESG framework from a governance perspective, reporting standards, integration of ESG principles within the business model (operating procedures, due diligence templates, etc. metrics KPIs and from a financial communication
- Develop appropriate ESG tools aimed at monitoring and reporting instruments to measure progress of the ESG Roadmap and ESG Strategy, in an efficient and effective way in compliance with investor requests and the ongoing regulatory requirements (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.)
- Support throughout the whole process aimed to obtain the ESG Rating
- Support in preparation of ESG presentations for investors and analysts
- Support in drafting ESG annual report, integrating the economic and financial reporting
- Top down and bottom up ESG investor targeting by over/under weight analysis in order to identify target investors
- Preparation of ESG investor material
- Support to investor targeting in the context of an ESG roadshow
- Organization of training sessions for Top Management as well as the units which will be majorly impacted by the ESG strategy
